ShearMaster 610 IronWorker
Scotchman has developed the IronWorker ShearMaster 610, the only fully automated, high speed shear system on the market today. The fast speed of this system will substantially increase production and reduce scrap. When combining the ShearMaster 610 IronWorker with the optional Advanced Feed System, the system becomes a fully automated shearing machine that will produce more parts per minute. The ShearMaster 610 comes standard with a hydraulic hold-down and electronic back gauge for faster operation. The ShearMaster 610 has a 24" base shear with the capacity of shearing 1" x 12" and ½ " x 24" base plates.
